Complaints and Returns

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Write to help@gibjewels.com and include your order number.

Send the goods back unused, undamaged and complete to GIB Jewels, Betlémské náměstí 259/11, 110 00 Prague 1. We refund by the same method you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept jewellery that has been used, worn or whose hygienic packaging has been broken. This applies in particular to earrings and piercing jewellery. Goods customised on request (engraving, resizing, bespoke work) are also non-returnable.

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: … Date of order / receipt: … Order number: … Name and address of the consumer: … Date: …"

You can simply e-mail the form to help@gibjewels.com — we will confirm receipt without delay.

Rights from defective performance may be exercised within 24 months of receipt. Submit a claim by e-mail to help@gibjewels.com or in person at our boutique.

Include a description of the defect, photographs and proof of purchase. We will settle the claim within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer period is agreed.

If the defect is remediable, you are entitled to a free repair or a replacement item. If it cannot be remedied, you are entitled to a reasonable discount or to withdraw from the contract.

Claims do not cover normal wear, mechanical damage, tarnishing of silver caused by the environment, damage from improper care, or the natural variation of natural stones and handcrafted pieces.

If you disagree with the outcome of a claim, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or use the European Commission's ODR platform.
